The Adcraft EST-240 water bath steam table is constructed of stainless steel-a long-lasting metal that provides corrosion resistance and streamlines cleaning. It accommodates four full-size steam table pans with a depth of 8¹/₂ inches, and its water pan is fully welded to withstand heavy use. Overall, this unit measures 57¹/₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 34¹/₄ inches high.

To prevent scorching and preserve food quality, the Adcraft EST-240 hot food table features a low-water cutoff sensor with a reset button. It’s equipped with a thermostatic control dial for temperature adjustment and has a ³/₄-inch drainage pipe for water removal. To offer storage space, this unit is built with an undershelf, while its bullet feet are adjustable to maintain stability on uneven flooring.
