The APW Wyott DMXD-42S Racer self-service countertop heated display case keeps various packaged products hot while providing convenient access for consumers. Equipped with an infrared overhead heating system, this unit pushes heat to the front edge of the holding surface where heat loss is greatest, keeping wrapped food at safe temperatures. This unit has a top heated design with polished mirror reflectors that are constructed of stainless steel, while the heated base is controlled thermostatically to suit any application. Because its heated holding area has enough reserve power, the unit can overcome air movement and variations in temperature.
Through the tempered glass sides, customers can view products, while the powder-coated side and front accents on the APW Wyott DMXD-42S heated display case complement the aesthetic of many grocery stores, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The unit is designed with red channel insets, a black front, and a red side panel that matches the front inset panels. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this case’s top, base, and sides resist corrosion, and steel legs are attached to the base, preventing sagging or swaying. Its heated shelves are made of hard-coated aluminum, and to maintain product temperatures, the shelf base contains 1/2-inch-thick insulation.
