To endure a long lifespan of heavy use, its grille, drawers, top, front, and sides all are constructed of durable, scratch-resistant stainless steel. This unit is mounted on casters, enabling operators to transport it comfortably for service or cleaning.

To prevent spills and streamline cleaning, the Beverage Air WTRCS112HC-120 chef base features a protective full marine edge. Its 12-gauge stainless steel top is ideal for accommodating griddles or charbroilers, as it doesn’t require a heat shield. Each of this unit’s six drawers self-close and feature snap-in, magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air from escaping.
