Carter-Hoffmann BB1000
The Carter-Hoffmann BB1000 banquet cabinet can hold 96 plates as large as 123/4 inches diameter. It has six wire shelves with 145/16-inch clearances to accommodate plate covers. Because it is made of stainless steel, the unit is heavy duty and can be cleaned up quickly. Wrap-around fiberglass insulation helps retain heat to increase its operating efficiency. The bottom-mounted heater has a blower system to quickly warm up and recover heat, which reaches a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven can preheat to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in about 25 minutes and requires no tools for removing the heater.
