Carter-Hoffmann CH500

To ensure precise temperatures, the Carter-Hoffmann CH500 half-size cook-and-hold oven has a probe that monitors heat internally, reducing the risk of foodborne illness and helping prevent overcooking. The control panel includes a touchpad where users can view the temperature, setting it as high as 325 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking. When cooking is complete, operators can switch to the hold feature to maintain temperatures between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit so food is still warm when served.

The Carter-Hoffmann CH500 cook-and-hold oven provides uniform heat distribution throughout the cabinet with a top-mounted blower heater. It is insulated with fiberglass, so heat is kept inside to maintain temperatures and reduce energy expenses. The heat duct is mounted on the side to caramelize food and retain moisture in meat for maximum taste. The door seals with silicone gaskets, which also aid in keeping the heat inside. If users need to move this unit elsewhere, it is mounted on casters to supply mobility.
