To organize ingredients and prepared foods, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6024-DW Mega Top prep table comes with (24) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans in its top section, and its four pullout drawers can hold 6-inch-deep, full-size food pans, which can be purchased separately. In front of the cutout section, a full-length polyethylene cutting board is built into the table, and it can be removed for cleaning to prevent cross contamination. To protect product when the unit isn’t being used, the top lid can be rolled down. Overall, this unit measures 60.56 inches wide by 35.75 inches deep by 44.56 inches high, has a stainless steel exterior and an anodized aluminum interior, and is furnished with 4-inch swivel and braking casters.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-6024-DW sandwich prep table’s cabinet is refrigerated with a self-contained, rear-mount system that maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can track temperatures with the LED display, which provides temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and its electronic controls facilitate temperature adjustment. To minimize temperature spikes when the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures, the drawers and cabinet are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
