This 27.5-inch-wide by 31.5-inch-deep by 38-inch-high structure has one section that offers 6.5 cubic feet of interior space. Built with two drawers, it accommodates 6-inch-deep food pans. This unit is equipped with a 4-inch backsplash to prevent messes from splattering on the wall.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-27F-DW-WT undercounter freezer includes electronic controls that enable temperature adjustment from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. An LED display screen provides a readout of the temperature for monitoring. For quick maintenance access and to facilitate installation, the refrigeration system is rear mounted and self-contained. Durable for high-volume use, this industrial freezer is built with a stainless steel exterior and an anodized aluminum interior.
