Great for institutional cooking, the Cleveland SEL30TR DuraPan tilting braising pan has a large, 30-gallon capacity, and it can be used to boil, steam, sear, pan fry, grill, and more with its versatile design. Inside the pan, coved corners eliminate debris-trapping crevices, while measurement marks ensure adding ingredients is straightforward and accurate each time. The unit operates with an adjustable thermostat that has a range from 100 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be set by the user. The system is designed to heat products efficiently, and it has short preheat and recovery times.

Because the Cleveland SEL30TR braising pan is so large, it can be tilted to remove the cooked contents. As the unit is angled, a pour spout directs food into a pan or container placed below, and a food strainer is built in to separate solid products from stocks or grease. The cover has a convenient spring-assisted design and an adjustable vent that releases steam out of the pan when needed. Adjustable feet on the front keep the skillet level, while the flanged rear feet can be bolted to the floor for stability.
