The Convotherm C4ED10. 10EB half-size combi oven is an electric, boiler based unit. The combi-oven has 11 shelves and can hold a variety of different sized pans, racks, plates, and baskets. Hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm cooking is possible with this combi oven. The convenient easyDial system keeps all functions set in one operating level. There is a five-speed controllable fan inside the unit that maintains a consistent temperature. The temperature is monitored by a multi-point core temperature probe.

The control panel includes a USB port that stores up to 99 nine-step recipes for efficient cooking. The Convotherm C4ED10. 10EB combi oven has a durable stainless steel construction on both the inside and outside of the unit that makes it durable and resistant to corrosion. The finish and automatic cleaning system facilitate quick and simple cleanups. The door handle is hygienic and has a safety latch and slam function.
