Convotherm C4 ED 6.10ES Description

The Convotherm C4ED6.10ES combi-oven has three primary cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi steam. The retherm setting is used for reheating foods to serving temperatures. The oven also has preheat and cool down functions, which allow the unit proper time for warming and cooling to maximize production quality. The oven’s temperature is monitored by an interior temperature probe with a convenient readout on the exterior control panel.

This half-size unit has 7 shelves that can accommodate pans, baskets, racks, and plates. The air is circulated in the cooking chamber with a five-speed fan to ensure all product is evenly heated. The operator is able to control the temperature, time, fan, and more with the functions on the Convotherm C4ED6.10ES combi-oven’s control panel. The panel is antibacterial, along with the door handle. The door has a safety latch that protects users from interior steam.
