The Convotherm C4ED6.10GB combi oven features EasyDial controls that give users access to all features from one simple interface. As many as 99 cooking procedures can be stored in the oven’s memory, and each can contain as many as 9 steps. Those procedures can be programmed via the integrated USB port on the equipment’s control panel. A TriColor indicator ring displays colors to signal the equipment’s operating status to the user.
