The Convotherm C4ET10.10EB half-size combi-oven has three main cooking modes. The hot air, steam, and combi steam settings use precise temperature and humidity levels to produce high quality products. With the retherm setting and low temperature mode, food can be reheated and cooked slower for more flavor absorption. This model is taller than many countertop units, which makes plenty of room for the 11 slide rails that the racks, pans, and other food vessels sit on.

The control panel is equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen pad that makes using the unit simple. The easyTouch system keeps all operating functions on one panel, which ensures more efficient use. The status of the temperature, timer, fan, and more is indicated on the exterior panel. This Convotherm C4ET10.10EB combi-oven has data storage with a USB port located on the control panel so the operator has access to HACCP information. There is storage space for up to 399 menu items with up to 20 stages each. The touchscreen panel has on-screen help with video function included.
