To maintain temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the Delfield ASM-36P air curtain drop-in refrigerator uses a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that’s self-contained to simplify installation. It operates with R290 refrigerant-a type of hydrocarbon that’s more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives. It’s equipped with three tempered glass shelves on which users can merchandise product; these shelves can be adjusted in 1-inch increments to accommodate different needs. The interior is equipped with LED lighting to improve visibility.
This Delfield ASM-36P refrigerated merchandiser’s exterior sides are made of 18-gauge stainless steel-a sturdy, corrosion-resistant metal that’s simple to clean. To streamline cleaning and maintenance further, it features a slide-out condensing unit. It’s designed for drop-in installation in a countertop, measuring 36.25 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 64.85 inches high. To keep merchandise secure after hours, it features a front-locking security cover.
