Delfield GBF3P-SH Description
Between its three sections, the Delfield GBF3P-SH Coolscapes reach-in freezer offers 71 cubic feet of interior space. Its nine shelves are made of wire to promote adequate airflow and are coated with epoxy to provide durability and corrosion resistance. To improve visibility and ease product retrieval, the interior is illuminated with LED lighting, and operators can access stored product through six half-height solid doors, each of which are self-closing with a 90-degree stay-open feature. For increased energy efficiency and chill preservation, this unit is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
Durable to support heavy use, the Delfield GBF3P-SH three-section freezer’s front, sides, and interior floor are made of scratch- and rust-resistant stainless steel. To simplify installation, it features a self-contained refrigeration system, and its door gasket is removable without tools for streamlined cleaning. Enabling users to transport it for service or wheel it out of the way for cleaning, it’s positioned on four 5-inch casters. Minimizing environmental impact, this unit cools with GreenGenius R290 refrigerant, an eco-friendly hydrocarbon.
