The Dynamic MX040.1ES hand mixer can be used to mix, blend, puree, and emulsify 60 gallons of product. It has a 24-inch-long stainless steel shaft that reaches into deep pots. Its 4.5-inch-diameter bell on the end of the shaft can be detached for cleaning, and its cutting blade is plated in corrosion-resistant titanium. It operates at a single speed, rotating 11,000 times per minute, and users can set the motor to operate continuously for thick product.
