Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B1000-48 Description
A popular variety used in fast-casual restaurants because of its small size and easy chewing, the Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B1000-48 ice machine and storage bin makes nugget ice. The maker head has a stainless steel auger and evaporator made to withstand the scraping of ice as well as potential long term corrosion and rusting. If problems arise during operation, the maker will deactivate itself.
Enabling it to keep up with frequent customer demands, the Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B1000-48 ice maker and bin can hold as much as 1,000 pounds of ice in its bin. This bin is built of stainless steel to add durability and resistance to denting and scratching. Reducing staff cleanup labor. its ice shield catches ice and keeps it from spilling.
