The E35D6-26/2C is a 35-7/8″ wide, electric, double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven from Moffat with (2) bi-directional reversing fans on each oven that delivers uniform airflow and a porcelain enameled oven chamber on each oven. There is a (12) full-size sheet pan capacity (6 per oven) with 4-1/8″ tray spacing on this double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven. There is a vented side hinged door on on each oven of the double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven with a Safe-Touch door handle on each oven.
There is programmable steam injection that provides wet heat in the double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven. The digital controls on this double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven include a display and set of controls for both time and temperature, one displaying the time with power, fan and timer adjustment controls and the other displaying the temperature and program with temperature adjustment, program and moisture controls.
The exterior front, sides and top of this double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven are all stainless steel. The double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven includes a stacking kit with casters.
The E35D6-26/2C double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven is an electric unit and each oven runs on either 208 or 220-240 Volts and 1-phase or 3-phase: 208 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 54 Amps, or 220-240 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 52 Amps, 208 Volts, 60 Hz, 3-phase and 31 Amps/ph, or 220-240 Volts, 60 Hz, 3-phase and 30 Amps/ph and all units are 11,200 Watts and do not include a cordset.
The double stacked full-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven is NSF listed, and ETL listed for the United States and Canada.
