Moffat P10M 24″ Turbofan Half-Size Electric Proofer and Holding Cabinet with 10 Tray Capacity – 110-120V

The Moffat P10M 24″ Turbofan proofer is an electric proofer which fits half size sheet pans. This unit has a capacity of 10 pans and is constructed with durable stainless steel, providing extra longevity and an easy surface for cleaning. A glass door provides full view of any items inside the proofer and the 3″ casters allow the unit to be relocated without heavy lifting.

This unit runs on 110-120 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 11.6 Amps for 1,450 Watts, and a NEMA 5-15P plug is included.
