Description
The Moffat P8M is constructed of easy-to-clean stainless steel, both on its outside and inner chamber, with a reversible side-hinged door. Working as both a proofer and holding cabinet, it can hold eight full-size sheet pans, and sixteen half-size sheet pans. Directed by a mechanical thermostat, the P8M’s single-speed fan moves air evenly throughout the cabinet, which also offers control over humidity levels. Mounted on both rigid and swivel castors, offering a wheel lock, the P8M can be moved throughout the kitchen more conveniently for your use.
