automatically regulates and maintains consistent product quality. Refrigerated hopper and Standby Mode keeps product fresh, even overnight, and is approved for dairy and non-dairy products. Offer all popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt, and sorbet.

Displays hopper and cylinder temperature; helps control product safety.
