True THAC-36DG-LD 36″ Horizontal Open Air Cooler w/ (6) Levels, 115v

The True THAC-36DG-LD horizontal open-air cooler has a black powder-coated steel exterior that will not peel or chip over time. Foamed-in-place insulation adds structure to the cabinet while leg levelers keep the unit steady. This unit operates between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit and has three tiers of stainless steel shelving. The reversing condenser fan brushes the condenser daily to prevent system breakdowns. Its defrost cycle runs at a set time and stops when the desired temperature is reached.

The True THAC-36DG-LD horizontal open-air cooler has a top section made for dry products such as donuts, muffins, cookies, and more. There are two wire shelves and a solid shelf with LED lighting to improve visibility, while the sliding door at the rear of the section provides access for staff members when loading and unloading product.
