In the system, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant runs through capillary tubes, while the evaporator and condenser fans move a consistent amount of air around the cabinet. Because the condenser is bottom mounted, it sits in the coolest area of the kitchen and enables additional storage on top of the refrigerator. Cleaning is streamlined with the readily accessible condenser coil.
Staff members can store items on the unit’s nine adjustable, PVC-coated shelves and stainless steel floor, which is raised by the refrigeration components so that operators can reach items on the bottom without stooping. For visibility, LED lights brighten the interior, and double-pane glass doors display the products. These doors swing shut by themselves and seal closed with magnetic gaskets, keeping cold air inside the cabinet, while polyurethane foam insulates the cabinet for structural support.
