Adjustable with digital controls, the Turbo Air PRO-26H2-PT pass-thru mobile heated cabinet has a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density polyurethane insulation holds this heat inside the unit, keeping the exterior cool to the touch to prevent burns. Its two solid doors swing open to reveal three wire shelves, and at the end of the night, the doors can be locked to secure product.
The Turbo Air PRO-26H2-PT full-height heated cabinet is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To streamline locating product, the unit’s interior has bright LED lights to illuminate it. Reducing the amount of energy lost, the doors self-close if an employee forgets to close them, and they can be propped open while the cabinet is being loaded to prevent slamming and injury.
