Turbo Air TAMG-48 Description
Engineered for fast cooking and recovery, the Turbo Air TAMG-48 Radiance manual control griddle includes four U-shaped aluminized burners-one for every 12-inch section on the 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate. For consistent heat throughout cooking, four built-in adjustable standing pilots are built into the griddle, and operators can turn the unit on and off with the heat-resistant polyphenylene sulfide knob. With these controls, users have full reign over cooking temperatures. Great for commercial kitchens, this design works well for simultaneously cooking a high volume of the same foods and different foods with various needs.
The Turbo Air TAMG-48 Radiance manual control griddle is made of stainless steel to withstand kitchen environments. It has a 4-inch-wide front top edge for resting plates and utensils, while its 4-inch-high backsplash and tapered side splashes help prevent hot oil and food particles from splashing on the counter. At the back of the unit, a 3/4-inch rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator manage the griddle’s flow of LP gas or convertible natural gas.
