Turbo Air TST-36SD-N6 Description

The Turbo Air TST-36SD-N6 prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system with a coated evaporator. Temperatures are digitally displayed on the digital controller, ranging from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Its condenser has a device that removes dirt and dust, preventing premature system failure. In the top compartment, a forced-air system pushes cold air around product stored in pans, ensuring they stay in the food safe zone.

There are 10 pans in the top compartment and two stainless steel shelves in the cabinet that hold product. Access to the cabinet interior is created through two swing doors, and visibility is provided by LED lights. A full-length cutting board can be used as an area to prepare ingredients and meals. Constructed of stainless and galvanized steel, the exterior withstands heavy use, while the stainless steel interior is simple to clean when messes are made. The Turbo Air TST-36SD-N6 prep table retains cold air with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
