With a storage capacity of 49.02 cubic feet, the Victory Refrigeration RS-2D-S1-EW-HC reach-in refrigerator is wider than typical two-door refrigerators to offer more storage for your perishables. With both the interior and exterior made of stainless steel including the thermal breaker and door liner, this unit is surely built to handle the heavy work without the threat of rust or chipping. Unlike standard refrigerators, this unit has a cutting-edge variable-speed compressor that is able to slow down during low-load applications, so it doesn’t use more energy than it needs to.
Built with the environment and your budget in mind, this reach-in refrigerator is packing an R290 refrigerant and expansion valve to hold food products at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the refrigeration system is at the top, you get more cabinet space that you can then modify with the six (6) silver freeze wire shelves included. The legs are stainless steel and are 6″ tall, but can be adjusted if you are installing on uneven floors or when cleaning the space under the unit itself.
Keep the reach-in refrigerator running with the Touch Point electronic controls, where you can access features such as manager’s lockout to reserve access to authorized persons and temperature data recording to stay on track with HACCP standards. From here, you can also defrost manually, but there is a highly efficient adaptive defrost system that kicks in only when it is necessary so you can score additional savings.
To ensure that your products and refrigerator are not damaged by condensation, there is a hot gas condensate evaporator, anti-condensate door heaters, and magnetic Santoprene gaskets onboard. For smooth workflow, this unit turns on the LED lighting via the magnetic door switch so you won’t have to. When you want to keep the doors open to stock the cabinet in one go, the stay-open feature will make the affair much easier. When you close for the day, use the cylinder door locks to keep away unauthorized access.

This model is certified by UL, cUL, and UL EPH Classified and comes with a three-year warranty on parts and labor with a two-year warranty on the gaskets.
