Constructed primarily of stainless steel, the Vulcan VCCG36-AS countertop griddle can withstand heavy use without denting, scratching, or corroding. It features a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate that’s heated by three U-shaped aluminized steel burners. It cooks at temperatures ranging from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, making it useful for a variety of foods such as eggs, chicken breasts, or burgers. Operators can adjust it using thermostatic controls; each knob is fitted with a guard to prevent accidental changes.

Designed for countertop placement, the Vulcan VCCG36-AS gas griddle measures 36 inches wide by 33.1 inches deep by 18.8 inches high. It’s mounted on adjustable, 4-inch legs so users can stabilize it on uneven surfaces, and it features an electronic ignition with a pilot protection system to ensure safe use. To streamline end-of-day cleaning, this unit is equipped with a stainless steel grease drawer holding as much as 6 quarts.
