Vulcan VGMT36S Description

The Vulcan VGMT36S griddle-top gas range offers griddling and baking in the same footprint. The top is a 35-inch-wide griddle, separated into three separately controlled sections. Because each section has its own pilot flame, employees can use one, two, or all three sections at once. The heat knobs can be turned to different intensities, enabling the user to cook multiple dishes simultaneously on the same surface. The temperature in each area stays precise with snap-action thermostats. To withstand repeated use, the griddle plate is 3/4 inches thick and made of sturdy stainless steel. Controls are protected by the front edge, which extends past the hot plate. Cleaning the griddle is simple, with splashes and a deep crumb tray.

The range’s base is a standard oven with a steel interior, which is porcelain coated on the bottom, sides, and door interior to facilitate cleaning. The interior offers three rack positions, for tall or short product, and the unit comes with a single oven rack. Its door is sturdy, and much of the Vulcan VGMT36S heavy-duty range is constructed of stainless steel for strength.
