Built for both built-in and freestanding applications, the Summit BIM182 undercounter ice machine offers compact ice production in an 18-inch footprint. This ice machine produces up to 60 pounds of clear, full-cube ice every 24 hours and stores as much as 33 pounds in its insulated bin. Designed for undercounter installation, the unit is front breathing and includes a built-in drain pump for flexible placement. It features a stainless steel cabinet and door with a user-reversible swing, while four adjustable legs raise the unit up to 34 3⁄4 inches to accommodate various counter heights.

For added convenience, the Summit BIM182 ice machine includes a touch control panel with LED indicators that guide users through every stage of ice production. Interior LED lighting activates when the door opens, and a built-in UV light helps kill bacteria during the ice-making cycle. Users can select from three ice cube sizes—small, medium, or large—while the automatic defrost system reduces cleaning needs. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimal cooling conditions.
