Shipping Policy

All purchases come with free shipping from the warehouse to you. We have warehouses around the country to ensure that your products get to you as quickly as possible. Orders processed by 3 PM EST typically ship the same day and orders received later ship within one (1) business day. Some items may take a little longer (approximately one to five business days). Your products will be shipped through a standard parcel company, such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS. You should receive your order within one (1) to five (5) business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Return Policy

Our primary concern is to make you fully satisfied with every item purchased from www.plantbasedpros.com. If you are not happy with an item that you purchased then please Contact Us and provide details about the item you would like to return. We accept returns of products, within thirty (30) days of receipt, for exchange or refund. Items must be in unopened and unused condition and returns are subject to the exceptions listed below. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product.

A return address will be provided to the customer to ship the return to.

Return Shipping

We will pay the return shipping costs if you receive a defective item or the wrong item as a result of our error. If there is any other reason for an exchange then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Champion: Used and unused products may be returned within 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

  • EasyGreen: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.
  • Excalibur: All sales are final and there are no returns.
  • FloJet: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.

  • Super Angel: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date subject to a 7% restocking fee. For used or opened products, returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date with a 15% restocking fee plus 5% cleaning fee.
  • Super Juicer: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for used items.

Refund Policy

You will receive an email once we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once your refund is processed then a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Replacement Policy

Please Contact Us if you receive a defective item. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement to you free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, then please Contact Us immediately. Your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

Item Availability

We typically have accurate inventory counts, but there are rare occasions when a product is on back-order. If this is the case, then we will email you with the updated delivery date. We will also give you the option to continue with the updated shipping date or cancel your order. Please Contact Us before ordering an item if you would like to confirm the availability.
