This thermostat griddle also features 4″stainless steel adjustable legs, 5.7″ landing edge for increase plate stability, removable grease tray with weep hole, and a 4″ wide grease trough for easier cleaning. The rugged stainless steel exterior body is easy to clean and protects the unit from rust and corrosion. What’s more, a stainless steel standing pilot for each flute ensures instant ignition.
