Description

To keep food and prepared meals warm until needed, the Turbo Air PRO-50-4H heated cabinet preserves them at a temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Its solid half-doors enable access to selective parts of the cabinet, reducing the amount of heat lost in the process. The doors self-close when not in use and can be fixed open at 120 degrees for loading or unloading.

The Turbo Air PRO-50-4H holding cabinet has a stainless steel interior built to withstand corrosion, denting, and scratching. Its two sections are fitted with six shelves to organize items. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet—this increases structural strength and boosts thermal retention.
