Description

The sides, front, and interior of the Turbo Air PRO-77-6H heated cabinet are made of steel—a rust-resistant metal well suited to rigorous use. Ideal for holding food at safe, appetizing temperatures until it’s ready to be served, it maintains a set temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To promote even airflow and prevent cold spots, it features a ducted fan air distribution system.

To preserve warm air, the Turbo Air PRO-77-6H holding cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane. Its interior is brightened with LED lighting and fitted with nine shelves made of stainless steel wire that can be wiped clean. Facilitating mobility, it’s mounted on 4-inch swivel casters.
