Boasting 80,000 BTU of cooking power, this outdoor charbroiler lets you turn up the heat for searing and broiling, but if you need a lower temperature for delicate items or to hold finished food, its (4) independently-controlled burners let you do that. It has a 29″ wide by 24″ deep cooking area with a removable, heavy-duty nickel-chrome plated top grate for easy cleaning, and it boasts a mobile tank caddy to make it easy to transport and mount 40 lb. propane tanks. You also get to choose between a 30″ roll top hood or 30″ wind / splash guard!

The exterior of this charbroiler is made from stainless steel for maximum durability, and the interior is made from aluminized steel to resist high-heat conditions. Other key components, like the water / grease pans, valve panel, and radiants are also made from stainless steel. An 8″ deep stainless steel work deck on the front of the unit also gives you a place to keep cooking utensils, and to plate or prep foods. And if you need mobility, it comes with (4) casters (2 locking).Additionally, this model is designed with a crossover pilot tube system to provide safety, energy savings, and easier operation. It includes a pressure regulator.
