Description

The Bakers Pride® model BPHHPS-636i hot plate is a step-up-style countertop range—a great choice for sautéing. Each of the six cast-iron burners has an output of 30,000 BTUH for maximum performance. The patented burner valves have low-flame setting for simmering and energy savings. This 36″ wide model also features heavy-duty, cast-iron top grates that are removable for easy cleaning.
