It has a 29″ wide by 24″ deep cooking area with a removable, heavy-duty nickel-chrome plated top grate for easy cleaning, and it boasts a built-in design so you can blend it seamlessly into the decor of an outdoor dining area. You also get a roll-top hood!
The exterior of this charbroiler is made from stainless steel for maximum durability, and the interior is made from aluminized steel to resist high-heat conditions. Other key components, like the water / grease pans, valve panel, and radiants are also made from stainless steel. An 8″ deep stainless steel work deck on the front of the unit also gives you a place to keep cooking utensils, and to plate or prep foods.
Additionally, this model is designed with a crossover pilot tube system to provide safety, energy savings, and easier operation. It includes a pressure regulator.
