Description

Because it’s constructed largely of stainless steel, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H-G heated cabinet is well suited to heavy use in high-volume settings. It includes three shelves also made of stainless steel, which resists peeling, scratching, and corroding. To preserve heat and maintain ideal temperatures, this unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane.

Using its precise digital temperature control and monitoring system, operators can adjust the temperature of the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H-G holding cabinet. To turn the unit on or off, it is equipped with a simple power switch, and the unit’s interior can be accessed through its two glass half doors, which are self-closing with a 120-degree stay-open feature.
