Each of the burners packs 28,000 BTU and feature Southbend’s patented, one-piece cast iron, non-clog design with a lifetime warranty. Their cast-iron grate tops are removable and rear tops are larger to accommodate stock pots and similar sized cookware. The range top is rounded out with a 24-inch wide griddle. But the firepower doesn′t end there. Each oven boasts 35,000 BTU and a U-shaped heavy-duty burner for even heat distribution. The ovens’ interiors are enameled to resist corrosion and insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool to contain heat.
