The Accutemp S62403D110 Steam’N’Hold countertop steamer has different cook modes, including fast cook, low-temperature steam, and hold. In the fast cook mode, the temperature is maintained at 212 degrees Fahrenheit with a low temperature ranging from 150 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Vacuum technology speeds up the cooking process in the stainless steel chamber, and cook times can be set for as long as 90 minutes. The right-hinged door is field reversible and can be opened at any point during the cook cycle. This Accutemp S62403D110 convection steamer has low-water protection that alerts the operator with a light and a buzzer. The unit does not require water, drain lines, or a hood.
