The Advance Tabco CPU-2-DR ice-cooled food service counter’s stainless steel construction is durable and rust resistant. It has fiberglass insulation that preserves ice for hours, while a 1-inch drain eases cleanup. This food bar has a two pan capacity. In front of the well sits a 31¹³/₁₆-inch-long by 8-inch-wide cutting board that can be removed to simplify cleaning. Below the well is an enclosed storage space with two sliding doors, and adjustable plastic bullet feet assist in ensuring the unit stays level and stable.
