Description
The Advance Tabco DSG-15G-72 Sleek Shield food shield helps protect food bars and steam pan tables from outside elements. Measuring 72 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high, it can be attached to a similarly sized countertop. Its front, sides, and top are made of glass to provide a direct view, and they’re heat tempered to resist breaks from thermal exposure. The front glass fixes in three positions with the Chamber Lock mechanism, which is built onto the upright legs. Self-serve or cafeteria-style applications can be implemented, and the glass can be adjusted in 15-degree intervals as needed. On top of the unit, its top glass holds as much as 100 pounds of evenly distributed items, and to ensure stability, it includes two additional center support posts.
