It includes a 100-pound-capacity glass top shelf to store common items, such as condiments and napkins. Because only one side is open, employees must retrieve food for guests, thus protecting food from contaminants. Glass components are heat tempered for strength, and overall, this unit measures 72 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 18 inches high.
