Accommodating as much as 100 pounds, the Advance Tabco GSGC-15-120 food shield’s glass top shelf can be used to hold utensils, condiments, and napkins for customer use. It’s designed for cafeteria-style applications with only one open side, offering protection from contamination in customer-accessible areas. It measures 120 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high, and its glass components are heat tempered to enhance their strength. Using Chamber Lock technology, the glass can be rotated and adjusted as needed.
