Description
To withstand high-heat applications, the Advance Tabco GSGC-18-108 Sleek Shield food shield’s top, side panels, and front are constructed of heat-tempered glass. Measuring 108 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high, it’s designed for installation on a countertop, steam table, or buffet table. The front glass, which has a cafeteria-style structure, can be adjusted in 15-degree increments with Chamber Lock technology, which is implemented on the unit’s uprights. Its top shelf holds as much as 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight and is supported by stainless steel legs.
