Advance Tabco HF-3G-NAT-BS Description
The Advance Tabco HF-3G-NAT-BS hot food table provides operators with the ability to keep cooked food warm. Because the wells accommodate full-size, 8-inch-deep pans, they can hold a large amount of food at once. Its wells can be used dry so food stays crisp, or to keep wet food moist, operators can drop in a spillage pan filled with 1 to 2 inches of water. Each well has its own control knob so they can be turned on or off as needed, and to maintain proper heat settings in each well, fiberglass insulation separates them. Made of stainless steel, the well interiors are durable and galvanized for additional rust resistance.
For durability, this Advance Tabco HF-3G-NAT-BS steam table is constructed mostly of stainless steel. Its top is 302 series stainless steel-a material with high corrosion resistance-so it is less likely to corrode if water or food touch the top. The body, legs, feet, and undershelf are all made of stainless steel with varying thicknesses. Increasing storage space, its undershelf provides a place to keep seasonings and dishes, while the cutting board on top offers a plating area.
