Advance Tabco HF-4G-LP Description
With its four independently controlled wells, the Advance Tabco HF-4G-LP hot food table can warm four different foods at once. It gets hot enough to keep food warm and ready to serve but not hot enough to cook raw or room-temperature food. Wells can operate without water in them, reducing hourly upkeep and easing daily cleanup. Users do not need to monitor water levels, and they only need to stir food occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the sides. For those interested in wet operation, spillage pans are available.
This Advance Tabco HF-4G-LP steam table’s durable stainless steel construction can be wiped clean, while the galvanized steel legs and undershelf are resistant to bends, dents, and scratches. On the front, a shelf supports and strengthens the full-length cutting board, where users can prep foods and finish dishes. Any plates, silverware, and supplies can be stacked on the undershelf for convenient access.
