When installed, it safeguards product from germs and airborne droplets; one side remains open so staff can serve food to guests. This cafeteria-style unit measures 72 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 191/4 inches high. To streamline thorough cleaning, Chamber Lock technology improves access via the 3/8-inch-thick glass front by rotating it in 15-degree intervals.
