Advance Tabco WB-5G-LP-BS Description
Operators can use the Advance Tabco WB-5G-LP-BS water bath hot food table to craft buffet-style serving lines, controlling it with three settings available on the control knob. This unit accommodates five wells, each designed to hold pans that measure as much as 73/4 inches deep. For greater functionality, the hot food table is designed with a stainless steel plate shelf located below the 8-inch-deep by 3/8-inch-thick poly cutting board. Supplies and ingredients can be stored in the open undershelf, which has a durable, stainless steel cabinet base that facilitates cleaning.
