The Advance Tabco WB-5G-NAT-BS water bath hot food table has one control knob-designed with three settings-so operators can control the unit intuitively. The open undershelf in the stainless steel cabinet base and the 8-inch-deep by 3/8-inch-thick poly cutting board make the hot food table more functional for users. It has five wells-each measuring 73/4 inches deep-to house pan inserts. This unit is designed to provide patrons a buffet-style serving line.
