Description

The Bakers Pride® model BPHHP-848i hot plate is built tough to meet the demands of busy kitchens. Each of the eight cast-iron burners has an output of 30,000 BTUH for maximum performance. The patented burner valves have low-flame setting for simmering and energy savings. This 48″ wide model also features heavy-duty, cast-iron top grates that are removable for easy cleaning.
